Disclosures under micro, small & medium ent. dev. act, 2006

Dear Sir,

           In case where a LLP has not comenced its opereation whether disclosure under MSME required? If it is not required what file we need to attach in that mandatory attachment? 

WHAT I WANT TO BE ATTACHAED IN FORM 8 MANDATORY ATTACHMENT PLEAS EXPLAIN

Dear Sir,

Can you explain, in the attachment which you have given, what kind of payments (Principle & Interest) it is asking? Is it talking about loan taken for starting LLP and Principle & Interest payable against it or something else?

I want to know in detail about this attachment. One of my friend is designated partner in LLP commenced in Year 2016.

My Questions are

-> In this attachment, we only have to disclose the debts regarding dues on Purchase of Goods and services?

-> There are some expenses made by Designated Partner Before Incorporation of LLP, he took it in LLP as Loan from Partner. So there is niether any interest payable to him for full year nor principle repayment. whether this loan will also come in Disclosure?
