25000/- is for consideration other than cash....................
and i fails to disclose it within braces in B/S........
what is the impact...........
will there be any impact in marks allotted for that question.............................

according to me u should disclose the same as it very integral part of final ac... try not to fail in writing the same so as to avoid deduction in marks...
Its obviously a statutory requirement to disclose this....may be 1 will be deducted...
