what is the aftermath of disclaimer ...does it matter (yes for listed but what about unlisted?) any role of govt.
can new auditor continue even if previous auditor has given disclaimer?

Banks and financial institution do not rely on companies where auditor issues disclaimer of opinion. Hence raising debt capital becomes difficult
