Disallowance of employee contribution to PF paid after respective due date

My client have not deposited PF collected from his employees on time (i.e by 15th of next month). Income tax CPC has send notice to add the same as income and tax accordingly. what is the solution as my ckient has paid all money before due date of filing return.
