Directors report

Dear all,

 

We had Board Meeting on 31st March 2018 in which MD of the Company stepped down and new MD joined the Company , my query is while mentioning the Directors Detailsin the Directors Report ,  should I mention current list of the Directors i.e. as on the date of approval of Board Report or I should mention the Directors which were directors as at 31st March 2018.

 

Please confirm it is bit urgent .

There is a column of particulars of change in directors.. In that u can mention the changes so made in directorship..
