Director vacation
Do director have to vacate his office u/s 167 of Comapnies Act, 2013 on attraction of disqualifications mentioned in sec 164(2) from all the companies or from the company where default took place ?

only in defaulting company.
According to section 167 of the companies act 2013, The director who has disqualified as per section 164 of the Companies Act 2013 shall vaccate the office only from the office of the defaulting Company
Ok. But section 167 do not specify 'only' that company. Also for section 164(1) and (2) there cannot be different interpretation.
