hello friends,
is there any difference in directors salary and directors remuneration. if yes than can a company give salary to director more than that of their paid up capital ?

Remuneration consists of salary and/or perquisites. Remuneration is a broader term. Some directors could get remuneration in the form of commission only and no salary. Directors' remuneration could be in excess of paid-up capital also subject to compliance of other provisions of the Act.
