Director Mr. A resigned from a company on 3rd november 2012. He was not paid his salary since last 10 months. But, before that he used to get a monthly salary. During the last 10 months the company did not earn much.
Now the question is will Mr. A claim his salary for the last 10 months after he resigns under settlement. Is it mandatory for the remaining directors to pay the balance salary?
