Please tell me that in the Director's Report, upto what extent updations are included by the directors ??
Can Director disclose the expension of its issued Share Capital in the Director's report, if the expension took place after 3 months from the end of the relevant financial year ??
Help Me............... its urgent !!
All details to be included till the date of signing of Directors' report.
If ur issued cap has increased then you have to give due disclosure if the same has taken place before Directors report though the event reates after the financial year.
