On what basis u will pay remuneration to non executive director.
he will get only sitting fees.
Mr A is the Director of ABC COMPANY.
Mr A is also the manager of XYZ COMPANY.
He is entitle to receive Director's fee for the sitting in the meeting.
Can ABC Company pay Director's fee to XYZ company ? As it is requested by Mr A to Pay the fees to XYZ Compaies.
sir, ABC Ltd. can pay sitting fees to Mr. A and not to XYZ ltd......as Mr. A is a director in his individual capacity and does not represent XYZ ltd. at the board of ABC Ltd.
