Sir I had registered in Pvt Ltd company since April and I have not made any payment to the director till now.
So, I want to know whether any fixed amount will have to be paid to the director as per company act?

There no need to pay to a director if:
1) he / she is not appointed Managing Director or Whole time director
2) the Board has not decided to pay sitting fees to the director for each Board meeting attended .
as decided in board meeting member
