I have few queries and request help to address this.
I have formed a private limited company with another director for the purpose of investment distribution. Now, we are going to apply for investment advisor license and hence creating a partnership for the said purpose.
I am also working in a private company. Pleae let me know the implicaitons and what all are allowed.
1. Can i be a director in private limited company and also be partner in another partnership firm
2. Is the above is allowed as per law even when i am working in a private limited company (allowed from company)
The reason of we are forming partnership firm is to comply with regulations of 25 lacs networth to apply for investment advisory licence from SEBI. In the case of partnership/individual, it is only 1 lacs.
Please give valuable suggestions
