Director offerletter

Dear Sinha Ji,

When a new company is incorporate, instead of giving offer letter, it is the practice to give consent letter to the company by all the directors that they are ready to become the director of the company. And in the first board meeting of the company, the first director's appointment is confirmed. The sample minutes of confirmtion of first director is as follows:

7. Confirmation of Appointment of the first Directors.

The Chairman informed that the first Directors of the company as provided in Article No. 34 of the Articles of company at the time of incorporation i.e. (1) Mr. Hardev Singh, (2) Mr. Gurdip Singh and passed the following Resolution:-

1. Resolved that pursuant to the provisions of Section 254 & Article No. 34 of the Article of Association of the company Mr. Hardev Singh be and is hereby appointed as the First Director of the company.

2. Resolved that pursuant to the provisions of Section 254 & Article No. 34 of the Article of Association of the company Mr. Gurdip Singh be and is hereby appointed as the First Director of the company.
