Is director KYC of all directors are compulsory in case of winding up of company?
can we proceed for winding up if one of director have not filled director KYC.....?

Hi Milan,
If there is any form which needs to be digitally signed by director who has not done KYC then we have to complete the KYC and file the form.
In general it is suggested to have KYC completed for all directors.
