If X ltd company incorporated on 2 Feb 2017. In that year how many board meetings is required to conduct (including 1st Board Meeting) is it 4 or 5 ??

4 board meeting & first bm shall be held within 30 days from the date of incorporation & time gap between two consecutive bm shall not be less than 120 days.
sorry instead of less than read it as more than 120 days
further these are minimum board meetings which the company shall hold.
As per my knowledge, there is not mandatory to hold 4 or 5 meetings in FY 2016-17, only first board meeting take place in year 2016-17.
Krishna Sharma, board meetings are held every calender year not Financial year.
