tn manorahan is best for finals or vinod gupta if you have more time like may 2013 bcause it takes much time to study from vg sirs book

Hi Maunik,

According to me you should go for T. N. Manoharan. As I referred Vinod Gupta. Its a beautiful book, but you should have time and patience to refer that book. And remember that after studying any of the books you have to also revise from it. So choose the book which is easy to understand and quick to revise.

Further vinod Gupta also provide revision module. You have to take final call. All the best!!!

 

Hi Maunik, I am a teacher for CA final students in DTL since last 5 years and I have found that VKS is the best book with lot of illustrations for final students. They mention latest case laws and circulars in bold which is very important for final students. There is also the solution to last 10 years exam questions.
