Basically what i felt he taught us for our future life.There are lots of extra amount of material taught by sir which we use in real life.

I m not against yours you are correct because our prime moto is to have degree which is 200% Correct.

My dear rahul I am pretty sure that you know how fast ammendments come in tax laws... You are saying in future.... Its a joke because many things get obsolete in future , and also pls remember that we already come across various procedural work in our offices, then why need to depend upon vg sir for that ?  we got to learn how to differentiate b/w office and academics. Moreover if you need to learn all tax planning in your academic life , then what will you learn in your whole upcoming 50 yrs career ....  because knowledge is infinite...

Chalo I agree with you ki we apply knowledge in real life , but can't you see at what a heavy cost. Moreover I am representing majority or average people, I.e 90% who benefit less and get harmed more

Moreover seekhne se kuch nahi hota because your marks are itself a barometer of your concepts or knowledge, and that's the motto of ICAI because it sets 100% paper which is practical knowledge based...

and if vg sir gives 100% practical knowledge then why his 90% students don't score exemption??? you mean to say that the students are not serious or intelligent ??? oh come on !!! if they are not left with enough time for practise, then how would they score ?

Now what to say......... Look 

I just want to say, we are in a professional cource which decides our life. Everyone needs insperation, directions. So sir basically do the same. No one can work in isolation. Also if in yours office if yours boss just provide u assignement and told u just complete without then how could you do that. So directions always required for compltion of work.

Now you was saying about cost so i ll not comment any thing about cost becasue it's his/her discrition. That particular person did so much to earn that that much reputaion/goodwill so this should be his reward. I know it's silly to listen but dear it's true becasue in today money is everything. Even though when you will be at peak level then also you have to maintain some decoram.

Also you said marks is decider point ya so much true becasue if we don't have degree then no one will be prefer a non CA either having gud knowledge. But dear let me say your knowledge is prime moto i know it is silly again and me also not so much agree with that but i saw so many person having degree but don't have practical knowldege. 

One thing you said why student don't get exemption in DT are they not intelligent. I ll say don't judge intelligence from there marks. There is a basic reason for that there is so wide course and student only prefer his books only which is sufficient to get knowledge but not to clear exams.

And in last i ll say ya cost is high or too high but sir is not like others. 

by cost , i meant time cost and not his monetary fees.....

uptil now, i was THINKING THAT WE GET PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE BY WORKING IN OFFICE WITH OUR SENIORS... buy yes, you may be true that it may come from sitting in classroom and listening to great stories of general knowledge , history, and some tax planning....

ok i got it , that for you knowledge is primary motto..... nothing to say anyhing else
