According to Rule 12 of ( Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules 2014, DIR 6 shall be filed for change in particulars of person who has been alloted DIN under form DIR 3, to CG within 30 days of change.
Applicant shall download form DIR 6 from the portal and attach copy of proof of changed particulars and verification in Form DIR 7 , which is in form of Affidavit and shall be mandatory notarized.
