IF THERE IS A CHANGE IN PARTICULARS OF DIRECTOR,WE NEED TO FILE DIR-6 WITH DIR-7 AS ATTACHMEMENT. DIR 7 IS SUPPOSED TO BE IN STAMP PAPER? WITH FRANKING? PLEASE HELP

If you want to intimate Central Government about change in particulars of Directors, you need to file DIR-6. There is no need to file DIR-7, as the form now DIR-6 itself contains the verification which is given in DIR-7. There is no need of stamp paper or franking.

File DIR-6 to intimate changes about particulars of Directors. You need to attach proof of change in particulars with self attestation of the concerned Director.

What procedure has to be followed, if there is any change in particulars of Director?

Director is required to download and fill up eForm DIR-6 for such changes and follow the same process for uploading the same as mentioned for eForm DIR-3. The requested change is taken into the system on verification of the proof enclosed with the application for change request. In the case of change in applicant’s name, gazette notification is must with form DIR-6. Married women, who are having Id proof with their maiden name, can submit marriage certificate along with application. Verification as per Form DIR-7 of Companies Act 2013 also needs to be attached to Form DIR-6 as it is a mandatory attachment now.

The link can not be opened on my system. If you open DIR-6 form, you will find the verification as stated in DIR-7 form. Thus there is no need to attach another verfication to the Form. I have filed DIR-6 forms several times without attaching DIR-7. If you have doubts regarding this, you can take print of DIR-7 form on a stamp paper and submit it with DIR-6 form, which is not necessary tough.

Ohh.. okay..! Thank you.. one more thing there is this notification that comes when i see DIN details of director that the "the DIN/DPIN details does not match with the PAN database". with this problem in his DIN databse, you think there will be a problem in filling DIR-6..?

In this case the DIN is not PAN based. You need to File DIR-6 for intimating the PAN details of concerned Director. As PAN is complsory for obtaining DIN, the circular was issued on 04/10/2011. I think in your case DIN was obtained before October 2011.

Filing DIR-6 with self attested copy of PAN card will serve the purpose for this case.

I was filing DIR-6 for change in address, so now according to you i'll have to file for PAN details as well.. right..?

If the DIN is not based then yes. You might be able to intimate both the changes in one form. Please check, I am not sure about intimating 2 or more changes in one form.

I am unable to file DIR-6 on our MCA website. Pls let me know whether we need to file DIR-6 using mca website or any other prescribed site is avalilable.
