Dir-3 form application error

Hi viewer,

Today I am working on form DIR-3 application, It took me 3 hours to figure it out what's going wrong with my application to complete it. I still did not get it, can anyone please help me to figure it out, I have filled all the information on page 1 and on page 2 digital signature is left and on page 3 checked all the boxes, I got issue at digitally signed line below on page 3, it says category I kept """Director"", as I am the only person having DSC on my name in my company. when I click error check form a window pops up says """""Mandatory field: DIN or Membership number of the secretary/Director not entered Please enter.

Can anyone please help me to resolve this issue. I dont have DIN number or membership number
