Is it mandatory for a director who has resigned from the company to file this form??
Is it mandatory for a director who has resigned from the company and his DSC can't be made again as he's 90 years old to file this form??
Please provide me the solution asap.

Every person having DIN is mandatorily req to file with form. Otherwise, DIN will be ceased after end of this month
Dear Madam, What is the procedure in case DIN ceased, because one of our director is a foreginer and does not has a pan after obtaining PAN only we can obtain DSC and file DIR 3, we are not sure we can complete this entire process with in this month.
for foreign directors, PAN is not mandatory.. DSC can be made without PAN also in such case
so director has to file resignation from his own dsc? pls confirm.
DIR-11 is to be signed by the resigning director only
