Dir-11 filed prior to dir-12

"'signature validation failed for signature field for director. the person is not authorised to sign on this document" this error is coming when i try to upload DIR-12. ACtually DIR-11 for two directors have already filed by me mistakenly so we had talked to ROC and met them also. He said DSC can be validating anytime u keep trying nad a letter will also sent to u but one month has passed nothing we recieved n this error is still coming. Please if someone has gone through the same then please proviide answers.
