Din-pan -aadhar diff
client surname is correct in Aadhar and DSC made accordingly but surname spell is not correct in PAN card.
in Dir-3 form, we have to give the name as per PAN. can he digitally sign as per aadhar even though the surname spell differs from PAN.

Yes, I don't find any issue to it.
Go for making changes/ correction to ur pan details online...its fast n quicker.
