Our company formed on 30/05/2007
Our directors are there from that time onwards, but we did not file DINs for them. Will the date 1st July, 2007 apply to our directors?
Another thing is- In the "Register DSC ->View Signatory Details -it gives a message like "Default in Filing DIN-3/Form32" so there I could not see our signatories. pls suggest whether I need to file DIN-3 now so that I can see the signatories and make role check to file annual returns.
Yes, you file DIN-3 asap and from tomorrow you will see Directors' detail on portal. For further query, you can mail me on honyahuja @ gmail.com
Yes, You have to follow the procedure:
1. take din 2 from the directors in particular format.
2. Fill and File DIN 3 with the ROC
3. Update their digital signature once again with the ROC.
In order to view Signatory Details, youh have to make your default good first as told by Parashar.
