First file the DIN 3 of all the directors and the issue is automatically resolved.

I would suggest to consult the ROC directly.

Any ways let us see what the experts have to say.....

Simply correct your default by filing DIN  3.Make sure DIN 3 is required to be filed in case director is appointed before 1 july 2007.

it is clear that your directors are appointed before July 2007. You need to get signed DIN 2 from your directors and attach the same to DIN 3 and file DIN 3.

There after all your pending annual filings can be filled. In case these fillings are filled before 15th January 2012. you can avail benefit of CLSS Scheme under which your penalty will be decresed to 75%.
