Dear All,
One of my client wishes to use Digital Signature for Excise Gate Pass/ Central Excise Invoice (I hope both these terms are interchangeable). They have also obtained permission of Excise Department in this behalf.
Which class of Digital signature they will need? Class II or Class III Digital Signature?
All assesses proposing to use digital signature shall use class 2 or class 3 Digital Signature Certificate duly issued by the licensed Certifying Authority in India.
