Please discuss with the issuers of the Digital Signatures and install the Digital Signatures in your computer. Then register it with the MCA. Signatures are required to be imported and saved in the computer. Then it shows in that list.

Only XP operation system can role check the digital signature in MCA21. You don’t need to contact the Digital Signature service provider. Because I am also one of the Digital Signature service provider and having Windows 8(Beta) in my computer
