there are three types of digital signature Class1, 2 &3.  But price of these digital signatures are very diffrent. for eg. Class 2 digital signature is available in marker from Rs. 400 to Rs. 4000 For 2 years validity.

I want to know that what is the deference between DSC of Rs. 400 and DSC of Rs. 4000. what is the USB token driver ?

I  have taken a DSC  at Rs. 400 and CA agent send two pfx files throgh mail with password. whether it is secured or not ? whether there is any chance to use my DSC by agent who sent me pfx files and password.

What can I do to secure my DSC from any misuse.

USB token driver is like a pen drive which stores the DSC. As and when you want to affix the DSC you will have to insert the USB token. The advantage of USB token is that it can be kept in safe custody and the chances of misuse are rare. It can easily be carried to other places and DSC affixed even in other machines / places.

As against this pfx file is stored in the computer itself. Its portability is a problem. Again there are chances of file damage due to virus in the computer.

As regards misuse by the agents, they are authorised by the Certifying Authority viz., TCS, Safecript, etc. and you can rely on them. However as a precautionary measure you change the password.
