Well Amit as me rt nw working as internal auditor ican explore this sub.llittle bi. Intrnal Control system is actual ysstem in company to ahve control on day todayactivites.It involves management Internal Audit on ther hand is system to ensure actual working of the internal control system. It is implemented by the management to evaluate the system. In brief internal audit covers many areas one of them is internal control system check.
