The error message says that sl no 10 - quartely break up of dividend is not equal to 1a - system calculated value 3a ii in schedule OS. Against 3a ii system is not showing zero when we feed the interest expense as zero.
Is there any way out.

One problem everyone is facing I. e., the server is slow.

Apart from server being slow, here the system calculated value should come on its own against 3 a ii. But this is always blank. I have tried several times for my return as well as for my wife's return.
Further the error is not shown at validation. Only at the penultimate stage of verification the error message gets propped up.
The system is not fully updated
We are also facing same problem. Kudos to new Income Tax site. No solution but lot of problems dear.

I am facing the same issue. Quarter;y Dividend in 3a(ii) is summing up to 1(a) but the system is not accepting
The excel utility files are more responsive.
No error at all, I filed today. There is some data entry mistake
here it shows some bylca cyla error
all figures correctly done
Possible solution depends on watching the actual portal, raise grievance.
