Difference of marks in marksheet & answersheet

I gave my CA final attempt in may 14 but unfortunately could not clear. When I called for certified copies of 3 subjects, it has been found that 2 out of 3 copies showed different marks from marksheet.. A difference of 4 & 2 marks has been found respectively.. Although it will not change my result but ICAI is under a serious question.. Please advise as to what should be done to prevent such issues in future because after all this, many would not have any trust on ICAI.
