While I was trying to compute my income tax I found that my income shown in 26AS generated from net banking is different from efiling website taxes paid statement which is less than 26AS. The entries in 26AS show transaction date as 31-3-19 and booking date as 1-6-19 updated in SBI. Should I expect efiling data would be updated soon, so that I can file my ITR

Yes, it should get updated by 15th June, so wait till it gets updated.
Either there may be mistake on the part of deductor or deductor may not have filed tds retun.
