Difference in 26as and tax paid in online itr

While I was trying to compute my income tax I found that my  income shown in 26AS generated from net banking is different from efiling website taxes paid statement which is less than 26AS. The entries in 26AS show transaction date as 31-3-19 and booking date as 1-6-19 updated in SBI. Should I expect efiling data would be updated soon, so that I can file my ITR
