Did not receive my cpt marksheet

I passed my CPT exam in dec 2011, results were declared on jan18 2012. All my friends in kolkata as well as other cities have got the marksheet through post. But I haven't got mine yet. What's the procedure to get the marksheet. Can Regional Office be of any help. Whare should I put the query regarding the same?

Its worrying me.. Please help

Hey find the attached link and download the file from that link and follow the instructions as mentioned below the file
