Did not get my cs professional marksheet

Hello friends, 

Please Please do reply. I didn't get my marksheet of CS professional exam which was help in Dec 2014 and As per the ICSI within one month from the date of declaration of results, we will  get the marksheet. 

I have got a recent mail from ICSI it was quoted as "Complete Transformation to Query Resolutions through online Grievance Portal and Call Centre instead of E mails."

And I have gone through the Grievance portal but I am not able to find out that how to make request for original marksheet.  

As I need it on urbent basis. Now I need to know to whom should I mail this query?

Actually I was quite worried of not getting it on time, I have the e-marksheet but I need the original. And also I want to make sure that they have sended it to my new address... Anyways I will  mail them in this id too (enroll @ icsi.edu). Thank you once again for your help.

Had you changed the address in records of icsi.. If not do that on urgent basis and ask for the new marksheet on this letter....!!

1 Click ONLINE SERVICES

2 Login with your id and Password

3 Click on Home

4 Click Suggestions/Grievances from Dropdown Menu of Home

5 Select Topic and SubTopic 

6 In Comment Box write your request for

    -Confirmation of New Address (Give your Old and New Address)

    - Request for Original Marksheet

7 Click Submit

You should get Institute's response

Hey, Thanks CA Ankit.

I have already changed my address in January 2015 and also got the confimation mail from ICSI but Didn't get the marksheet till now.
