Dgft - epcg license

EPCG Authorisation issued to Merchant/Manufacturer Exporter can be amended in respect of the change in the name/address, within the validity period of the Export Obligation undertaken against the captioned EPCG Authorisation. The application is required to filed with the issuing authority, i.e. the regional office of the DGFT with the following documents : 1) Forwarding request letter 2) Origional EPCG Authorisation, both copies 3) Revised application in ANF-5A format with new name/address 4) Relevant ROC form with the copy of receipt for the payment of applicale fees, in case of Corporate entity or eligible proof of the change in name/address of the firm, in case of others 5) Copy of Import Export Code, duly amendede with new name/address 6) The consent letter of suuporting manufacturer, in case of Merchant Exporter
