Yaar CA Final DT is a bit heavy and needs conceptual understanding.

I would advise you to have a chat with your friends taking DT coaching as they can guide you 10 times better than me coz they are presently in the study field and aware of latest techniques.

You may also take suggestion from Dhiraj, Sushil, Ketan, Adarsh and many others.

 Kya sir meri hi le rahe ho... I mean, as such i was going to ask for IDT/DT and COST/MICS here, how can i suggest anything to anyone?? lolz....

Okie, getting serious, as such, if anyone with self-study is going for MAY -10 attempt should strictly follow PADHUKAS.., no other best option...

But if the person has got NOVEMBER attempt and want to study by himself, then V K SINGHANIA is another option available [Mind it, its a detailed professional book, may be it consumes more time and many students complain that they find it difficult to deal with such huge book].. So again, PADHUKAS seems best here, its one of the best books from exam point of view.. Clarifies the topics and gives reasonable practice too for self study

Yes , Agree With Dhirajbhai...

Padhuka is best from exam point of view....but if u want to do detailed study then go for V K Singhania or T N Manoharan...

If u want to do self preparation then u need to make planning for it. Required to do Regular  Study and Revision.

Most Important is Confidence & Interest in Subject.....

For IDT - Bangar is Good

Yup for IDT, bangar is the best option available for FINALS... I mean, the book has explained the subject in best possible way and students find it very easy to grab...

I've seen various students getting exemption in IDT by just referrring BNAGAR, no other material
