GSTR3A

Client has received GSTR3A notice... but the period for which return is pending is not written... We have already filed the Quarterly 3B for March 2021 long back... Can it be for the monthly payments?Where to confirm? Anybody facing the same issue?

If anybody recived GSTR-3A there always maintion for which month return are not filled.......

It's written for GSTR3B but that is already filed till date.... Month isn't mentioned... Seems like we would have to ignore it!

It's system generated message which is probably wrongly generated.

In term of Section 46 R/w Rule 68 of CGST Act, Form 3A is notice to Non filer of RETURN & being Qtly Filer , your March Qtr Return is already being Furnished & your Subsequent Qtr ends on June 2021 , the due date for which is 24/7/2021 or 22/7/2021 (As per your location) Further , In term Of Rule 61 of CGST Act , the Form PMT 06 the monthly tax deposit do not cover under the Return Form .

So need not worry but you must contact to your Tax Officer personally or reply the notice with relevant document details.

Note : Even though the notice is absurd , you must reply to same
