RCM - GTA invoice is older than 6 months

Hi
I have query regarding RCM GTA,
transporter invoice dated 31.03.20. I received it in month of Oct 20. So can I consider it for rcm or not?

You can pay RCM and show in Sep 20 retuns

But u need to pay interest w.e.f. Jun 20 as per gst rule of 90 days payment
