how figures can be
modified in Gstr 3B if submitted and pending for filing.

Once you submitted then can't edit the outward and outward supplies column. After submit you can adjust payment column and Interest column only.....
No other way in GSTR 3B.

if we r not able to make payment in gstr 3b for july cause register in gst 10 august ... but we collect tax from customer in advance in july and purchase time we have no registration. but at the 5 august i distribute my gstr no to our vendor ... i file gstr 3b for july and pay 50k ... now many more say i m not able to file for july month.. is any chance to refund or carry forwrd this money ???

sir I had filled gstr3b as my purchase is more than sell that is my itc is greater than tax I have to pay but when I filled gstr3b it doesn't take the itc and shows all tax of outward supply as tax payable what should I do
