That's a confusing part. Some are saying ITC is available some are disagreeing.
Even I have a doubt now....
Lets wait for some clarification.
But how can your transporter charge GST?...
It is under RCM..
Registered Service recipient is liable to pay GST Under RCM for transportation from GTA
If recipient is unregistered then GTA itself liable for GST
Also transportation from unregistered transport agency (i. e local lorries ) to unregistered dealer is not liable to GST
Also transportation from unregistered transport agency (i. e local lorries ) to unregistered dealer is not liable to GST
If you are unregisterd than you can't take ITC only registered firm/Company is eligible to take ITC.
after paying GST @ 5% on GTA services, Receipient(Corporate) has to avail as ITC of that Challan of GTA.
