By the way, I am not against women per se. I have great respect for all chaste women. If they are not so, I despise them. In the same way I do not have respect for those men who do not stay loyal to their wives.

As per Shrimad Bhagwatam 6.18.30, "In the beginning of creation, Lord Brahmā, the father of the living entities of the universe, saw that all the living entities were unattached. To increase population, he then created woman from the better half of man's body, for woman's behavior carries away a man's mind."

But still, that does not mean that women are equal to men. If that is so, why women need quotas and preferential treatment to be elevated ? Despite of egalitarianism and feminists revolution in USA, why men in that country remain ahead in almost all spheres ? Both s*xes are getting equal oppurtunity, then why just women lag behind in religion, science, philosophy, business...? Just a handful of women succeed ?

As in I am not here to argue with you that who is superior or who is inferior. To be equal does not mean you have to be the same. 

I have read Shrimad Bhagwatam too. We are free to interpret The Gita in our way as we want, and you can have your own opinions. Your opinions do not matter, and will never matter because it is not gonna stop the women all around the world to write their success stories.

And our religious scripttures also say that do your prescribed work & duties and leave everything to God. Success is a material thing. So irrespective of being a Man or Woman we should mind our own business and leave everything to God.

Yes Sir, you are right, women are not equal to men, either they are superior or best in their category.

They are best as mother and wife, they sacrifice so much, work hard for their child and family. My mother as a woman is better than me in every aspect. She works without complaining, tiredness on regular basis. I will never be able to match her quality as a man. Most woman are like that. They are simply best and we can't even think that they are inferior, despite being a man.

I am grateful to god that he created women to run this world nicely as mother, wife and many other forms. There is no substitute available at present and in future too.

Who is the most powerful person of India? PM Dr. manmohan singh? No its Sonia Gandhi.

Women never demanded quotas and preferential treatment to be elevated. They are leaders who highlight this issue timely and play politics like the issue of reservation.

I respect your ideas sir but i believe that women are simply best in their field. Women may be behind in other catagories because they are fulfilling their many duties in family.

One need not to be a regilious person to identify the valuable contributions of women in family.  Please don't look in the holy books, Look around. Holy books may have different context and time. Life is present.

Dear Deepakji,

Despite of telling several times, I do not know why I am being demonized ? (It is perhaps because, the author of this post, Nehaji,  had replied in her response that I disrespect women. I would like to convey to her that I do not disrespect women nor do I have any sort of ill-feelings against chaste women.)

Did I say that women are inferior ? Never ! Of course, due to their maternal  instincts and  caring nature, they can play the role of mother and wife very effectively. I too love and respect my mother.

I am just trying to reinstate the supremacy of Man in all spheres of life. This does not mean that women are inferior.  If a woman can post on CCI, “ girls are girls”, can not I say “Men are Men” ? It is a fact that men are leaders in all spheres of life. It is their lion heartedness that they encourage women to play a higher role in society. What I am against is giving too much liberty to women, because it is against their well-being.

Since, this is a very sensitive issue, I would not like to comment further, as I may be misunderstood and demonized further.
