OK According to me :

An "Ideal" Chartered Accountant would be a person :

- LERNER  : Having "Strong" Conceptual Academic Knowledge Base
- ACTIVE  : aware of all "relevant" updates of his field
- THINKER : Having "good" Interpretation Skills
- CREATOR : Can implement well "with in constrains"
- ACCOUNTABLE : Wel"aware" of consequences of his action
- PACKAGE : who is LERNER,ACTIVE,THINKER,CREATOR,ACCOUNTABLE
