If the Computer and Printer are attached to MRI machine they need to be treated as part of same and same Dep rate 40% shoudl be applied.

is there any case law supporting the same?

Depreciation on Life Saving Medical Equipments being Magnetic Resonance Imaging System (MRI) is 40%, Now the computer is the integral part of the MRI machine i.e. without coputer it is impossible to use the MRI machine, thus we will be considering the computer as part of the machine rather than an individual assest, and hence it will fall under the block of asset with 40% depreciation.

There are no cse laws regarding this because the asset was never treated as two different assests, until now.

Hope that helps.
