As per companies Act.. depreciation doubt
purchase price is 400000 in 2014
opening Wdv 1-4-2017 is 128000
it sold in august @ 370000
My doubt is ...In balance sheet
how much value should i consider in gross disposal ? depreciation? disposal ? accumalted depreciation disposal?

First you have to calculate depreciation till date of sale of an Assets then you will able to find out every thing properly
After depreciation calculation you have to follow this thing
Purchase value of assets xxxx
Less total dep. Till sale date xxx
Net value of assets. Xxxx
Less sale price. Xxxx
It will be profit or loss. Xxxxx
