Hi All,

There has been news going on that there will be a need to get all the shares in dematerialised form for unlisted companies by Sep 2018.

Is there any credible notification coming into place?

I am quoting the srouce for this infomration in below link:

So far no such circular is issued by SEBI or MCA mandating unlisted companies to go for demat segment.

I Think that in this way the government wants to completely put an end to Company form of business, if so much compliances are made mandatory which are very costly in nature.

WE Maash*tla securities are providing the facility of Dmat registration of companies with NSDL.

We help to prepare papers for filling with NSDL at very moderate charge.

We are depository also where you can open your Dmat account and  Dmaterialise your shares

We are members at NSE  BSE   NSDL.  Hence all services at one place
