One of my cousin received order under section 245 Of AY.2008-09 . & date of issue is 02.11.17 . Also couldnt find out order u/s 143 of 2008-09 on income tax site in service section as there is only upto 2009-10 service section..also couldnt trace in tds match & mismatch & couldnt download 26 As of 2008-09.. den how i am suppose to make response to this notice .thanx in advance

The order u/s. 143(1) is required to be uploaded by ITO for manually filed returns.

No data would be available online, as most of the submission was done manually.

You can contact your Jurisdictional ITO for more details and/or to resolve the issue.

yes sir ..but we uploaded retunr for A.y 2008-09.. online & not manually ..den how we can get order us 143..& demand us 245 is made in 2017-18 so order under section 143 would have bee made as per return so there may not be use of order ..den how can we get outstanding demnad reason ?? how to respond this ?.

143(1) order has been passed which you may not have received because of non avaibility of correct email ID, but it can be downloaded/requested online at anytime.......... 

At present you have received demand notice u/s. 245 for payment of outstanding ......

yes sir but in income tax site there is only service request column upto A.Y. 2009-10
but i need order of 2008-09...den how can i get order of A.y 2008-09..???
