meine 2019-2020 AY ko defective return file kri thi . Default fees thi 10000/- jo meine manually erase kr k file kr thi ... but abhi 15-01-2021 ko demand notice aya hai default fees add kr k?? kya kru sir

Yes. Late fees are mandatory. Pay karna padega.
