i need to ask from a QUALIFIED person that if the draft is made in name of "ICAI" instead of the institute of chartered accountants of india ..............................is there any PRoblem in it?????waise cash to ho hi jayega

but all the drafts should b named to THE SECRATARY , INSTITUTE OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS OF INDIA....

I myself made it for 'The secratary, The ICAI", and it was accepted..............
& i think, when he said 'qualified', he must hve meant smbdy who actually filled the DD with the said name and followed its fate..!!!!!!!!

Yes you can have the draft in favour of "The Secretary, ICAI"
Its not a prob, u can take DD with payable name as, The Secretary ICAI.
