In fact, bank recently issued a DD in favor somewhat like this.."THE SEC ICAI" ..and it will be accepted becoz of the foll reasons:

1. Banks maintain a register of the drawer/drawee cheques/DD issued by quickly entering it online the moment you issue a DD. you handle a Cash withdrawl slip along with DD which debits the drawer a/c and credits drawee a/c.
2. Branch code and signatories MUST match when DD is presented which in turn many banks know since every year students issue DD. It is a thing which with time becomes normal rather complicated (may be for the students enrolled first time but not for banks)
