We have made a contract with a Foreign company to delivery the good in different states of India. For which the money is received in USD.
The GST will be paid at the time of delivery of the goods with the invoice in Rupees only.
Please let us if there are any issues in this transactions or a reason to disagree this transaction from Banker.
Is there any RBI regulation? Which say we can not accept USD payment?
the foreign vendors are supposed to pay in which currency for the goods received from India?
